PC Magnum’s tagline is “what your computer knows might hurt you.” This tagline refers to the fact that the operating system and your browser store information about your activities; or to put it in other words, using the PC leaves multiple traces. You browser remembers the websites you visited, your operating system remembers the files you recently opened, files you thought you removed are still in the Recycle Bin, and so on. PC Magnum’s purpose is to find all the traces you left behind and remove them. By doing so, it protects your privacy and it frees up a bit of storage space as well.

Download a small installer; run the installer once the download completes; follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard. These are the steps you must go through to get PC Magnum up and running on your Windows PC. The nice thing here is that installing PC Magnum will take little time and effort.

PC Magnum’s dark-themed interface will guide you through the following steps:
Step 1 – scan your system. The scan looks for cookies, cached files, browsing history, recently accessed files, files sent to the Recycle Bing, and Facebook images.
Step 2 – review the scan report. Once the scan completes, you’ll be presented with a report that nicely presents an overview and conveniently groups the scan results into categories.
Step 3 – remove all traces. Remember that “what your computer knows might hurt you.” So get rid of everything the computer knows.
